Labor Day

Paco and I got up early to drive to South Plainfield. It was his first time in the car and the first time I have driven in 11 months. I hate driving! I was so nervous to drive again and was driving granny style on the highway. I totally felt bad for the people behind me!We made it back home in one piece though!

Zip Car

We used Zipcar which was convenient, but I was disappointed with the car. The car was kinda a piece of crap. Hubcap missing, scratches all over the side, a ding in the windshield and someone took out the gas card. I’m thinking some Steven’s students were drunk driving.

We got to race a 5k and I was 2nd Place!! I won first in my age group and received a trophy and $50! I was feeling so sick in the morning and I am happy that I was able to do the race. I was only 4 seconds off of the winner. She passed me right at the end and I just couldn’t push it. Hopefully I’ll win next year!!

Paco was very proud of me!! Then we watched the parade and went to a family BBQ. Now I’m home and my honey is not feeling very well. Paco is really tired so I think we’re going to take a little nappy nap. Good night!
